Viterra shares dip 2 percent on exclusive talks Mar 19th 2012, 16:14 Mon Mar 19, 2012 12:14pm EDT (Reuters) - Viterra shares dropped as much as 2 percent when they resumed trading in Toronto on Monday, after the grain handler said it was in exclusive talks to sell the company. Shares were down 1.3 percent or 21 Canadian cents at C$16.00 around midday.
